Below is a list of the documentation we will need reserve your property. Once you have provided everything, our aftersales team will review the the documents, confirm your reservation and take the property off the market – starting the 30-day reservation period.
Upon receiving your documents and reservation fee, solicitors will be instructed and our aftersales team will begin the your exchange process. After reviewing the contract, your solicitor will undertake due diligence and prepare a full legal report. Following this, contracts will be issued and your solicitor will request the funds required for exchange. Our aftersales team will be on hand to assist throughout.
If you do not have a solicitor, we can recommend one of our trusted partners. Each firm is familiar with the documentation required and can ensure a swift exchange.
